Young Living Essential Oils

OUR STORY:

I started using Young Living Essential Oils in 2014 after seeing how powerful just one oil was for my son. He had been regularly seeing a dermatologist for warts on his elbow and had them frozen many times. It was a painful procedure that I hated watching. The warts would return within a month or two. At this point they suggested having them surgically removed.

I try to go natural whenever possible where my families health is concerned so I went online and started researching about the warts. I kept reading how powerful Oregano Oil was for warts because of its active ingredient carvacrol, and the amazing wide range of health benefits that it offers to kill viruses and infections.

I ordered the Oregano Oil and it totally worked to get rid of the warts! Oregano Oil is a “hot oil” so it can feel really hot on the skin. I was very careful to put the oil on a q-tip then directly onto the wart so not to get it on his skin. It can also be diluted with coconut oil then applied.

Once I bought my Young Living Premium Started Kit I was hooked.

Now we use so many more Young Living Essential Oils that I couldn’t begin to explain them all in one post. Don’t worry though, I plan to start sharing more about them here on the blog. Especially all of the oils I use to make our home smell amazing while killing germs and purifying the air. I can’t burn candles because they give me a headache and cause stuffiness.

Some of my everyday favorites are Lavender, Stress Away, Peppermint, and Deep Relief.

My next goal is to start eliminating toxic cleaning products from our home by replacing them with Young Living. I would love to have you with me in this healthy home journey. I know cleaning is a popular topic because the #1 post of all time on my blog is how I clean my hardwood floors.

I’m hoping to build my own community of like minded women and maybe men who want to live not only in a pretty home but a healthy one as well.
