I thought I would take a break from my quick tip Friday series and give you an update on my health and wellness journey that I recently shared HERE. I started the AdvoCare 24 day challenge on Friday Feb 13th. In that 2 weeks I have lost 3 pounds. Also, my skin looks really great. That is one of the benefits to the Cleanse.
Honesty time…In my original post I said I needed to lose 15 pounds. In the past 2 weeks I have really thought about this and in reality I don’t think that is realistic. If I lost 15 pounds I would end up weighing what I weighed before I had kids, when I was in my 20’s. Although, my body may get back to that it may not be realistic for someone in their 40’s. I just don’t know. What I do know is that I can look and feel better and the scale may not matter. My goal is to feel great and be healthy!!
Here is a great description of the AdvoCare 24 day challenge that I pulled from the website:
“This is an innovative 24 day program to help you with healthy, sustainable weight management. It features several of AdvoCare’s carefully formulated nutritional products. There are no complicated meal plans and this is not a “fad diet”. You will see positive results when you follow the simple directions.”
Like I mentioned before, I have used AdvoCare products for almost 11 years and I believe in them. The one product that I have used everyday in those 11 years in Spark.
