Welcome to day two of my 2020 Christmas home tour! Wait…did you see day one? Day one included my main living spaces. I’ll share the link here if you want to start there. I will also share it again at the end of this post for those who want to finish this post.

Black Bathroom at Christmas

Last year was the first time I have ever added a Christmas tree to the bathroom and we loved it. Y’all loved it too! I shared it on my Instagram and it was my most popular photo of the year.

I knew I would be using the tree in there again. This bathroom is a full bath and is used as our hall bathroom. We don’t have a half bath in our home so this one is used most often by us during the day as well as guests.

The tree can be seen from many times throughout the day. I love that.

The snowman is a heavy stuffed piece. It feels more like it has sand in it. The huge snowflake ornaments make great decor too. I used regular poly-fil for the snow under the snowman.

Last year I left the tree with only lights. This year I added red beads and this great bow I found.

It was just enough for the small tree. I love how it looks against the black walls. If you are new here you should see the bathroom makeover.

As far as kitchen decor, it’s very minimal. The wreaths on the windows is my favorite. All I did was loop velvet ribbon through the wreath and stapled it together. Then I hooked it the ribbon by sliding it on to the window lock.

The table is styled with our everyday items. Real fruit we eat, a mix of faux and real greenery, and a basket of my favorite affordable hand towels.

Christmas decor doesn’t have to be all about quirky holiday items. For me, its about making our home cozy.

This last photo is more real life. The TV trays aren’t pretty look at but we use them, so they stay. We have had them for so long, I don’t even remember when we got them.

Tomorrow for day three I will be sharing our master bedroom and our college daughters room. These will be two totally different looks. So be sure to come back.

As always, be sure you pin any of the photos to your Pinterest Christmas boards.
