I love fall, it’s my favorite season. BUT I am not one to overly decorate for each season. I do like to spruce up the front porch.

Natural elements for fall decorating are what I love most.

The only thing purchased new was the one throw rug for layering and the faux purple stems. Grabbed both at Walmart. I can’t find the link for the rug. It’s the weave rugs that are super cheap. Intended for indoors. I have a covered porch so I’m not worried about it. I think it cost around $5.

The green rug I’ve had a couple of years and love it. That is what I use in the summer.

I spruced up my ferns by adding so real pampas grass stems I clipped and the faux purple stems. Then I add in some tree twigs from the yard for added texture.

Play around with it. Mixing in the faux stems with real plants in not noticeable at all from the street view. Honestly the only way you would be able to tell is if you touched it.

The wreath might be my favorite one I’ve ever made. It took me 5 minutes! I have reused this grapevine wreath many, many times.

Using more of the pampas grass, a few more faux stems I found in my stash, a simple tied bow, and the wreath was done.

I especially love the fall porch decor in the early morning sun glow.

I used faux pumpkins for my porch decor this year. Also, if you ever visit Greenville, SC you need to know about Mice on Main. The iron mouse has been a family porch friend for many years.
