Simple Fall Mantel Decor
I was looking back at last years fall mantel as I prepare for this years decor and I just had to share it with you again. The simple fall mantel decor I chose last year was a very favorite of mine.
First, if you remember we recently did a complete fireplace makeover.
Let’s take a look for a refresher.
Coming up this Friday I will be hosting a blogger mantel (and shelf) tour with some very talented blogging friends. This year I have decided NOT to spend any money but instead use only items I have on hand already. This really isn’t hard for me it’s how I like to decorate in general but I do think it will be more of a challenge because it’s seasonal.
Now let’s look back at last years simple fall mantel decor for some inspiration.
I really did love that gauntlet gray paint color on the mantel and fireplace.
My head is spinning with ideas about what I will be using as my decor this year. The painted pumpkins will probably make an appearance. On second thought, I wonder how they will look with the new white paint, hmmm?
Those wooden candle sticks are one of my favorite yard sale finds ever. They are so pretty and I love the texture they add.
This year I think I am sticking with a woodland theme. I’ve always had a thing for wildlife so I am planning the mantel around that idea.
Be sure to follow me on Instagram because I will be sharing some sneak peeks this week over there. I might add some videos to my Instastory too.

YES, I love my pig. I bought mine at Kirkland’s but I don’t see it on the site now. I did find it on Amazon though. You can purchase from this affiliate link. https://amzn.to/2dSfhzn
Great work!
I couldn’t help but notice your AMAZING painting on the wall to the right of fireplace (from last year) with a pig (I think?) jumping off a dock into a pond. I really want this!!!!
Where can I find this, or is it one of a kind? It’s lovely.
Thank you!
